Home Window Repair - Home Repairs

One of the most usual repairs that people do around their houses is on their windows. The most common reasons for home window repair are also broken glass and deteriorating putty, which is not only unattractive to the eyes but also produces openings that lets the air escape. Although anyone can always approach a professional to do repairs around the house, there are also certain repairs that can be done by house members and a broken window is one of these. If a family needs to replace the broken glass of a window, then they would just need a number of things to be able to do this.

Anyone can do their own home window repair. Among the things that they just need to get if their window has a broken glass pane are glazier's points, linseed, a glazing compound and of course, a new glass pane. These things can all be found in any hardware store in the neighborhood or just about anywhere. However, to be able to have more choices on window panes, then they should head on to a glass shop. Once, all the materials needed are at hand, anyone can already get started on fixing their broken window.

The first step that needs to be done in home window repair is removing the old broken pane as well as the putty. This is made easier of linseed oil is applied to putty and would be left to stand for some thirty minutes. Heating the putty would also make its removal easier. Once the putty is already malleable, the glazier's points are the next to be removed. However, to get this out, the glass need to be broken completely. As soon as the glass has been taken away and that frame has been cleaned of all remnants of the old putty, boiled linseed oil should also be wiped onto the old wood. This keeps the wood from getting the oil that can be found in the glazing compound.

Laying glazing compound on the window sash on which the new glass pane will be set, is the next step to home window repair. As soon as the glass is set, glazier's points should be placed using a putty knife or a glazing tool at every four inch to keep the glass in its place. The points should be inserted straight and firmly into the wood, against the glass. To seal the pane in, more glazing compound should be applied. It should be made sure that half of the glazing is set on the glass while the other half should be in the frame. After a few days, these new window can already be painted. However, you should also paint the edge of the glass right before the frame to seal in the glazing.

Prefabricated Building Materials

Prefabricated building materials are used for buildings that are manufactured off site and shipped later to assemble at the final location. Some of the commonly used prefabricated building materials are aluminum, steel, wood, fiberglass and concrete.

Prefabricated metal buildings use galvanized steel and galvalume as the chief materials for building. Galvalume is a form of steel coated with aluminum-zinc. This is to protect the building against corrosion, rust and fire. It also provides a sturdy and protective covering to the prefabricated building. Almost all the components of a metal building such as beams, frames, columns, walls and roofs, are made of steel. Most prefabricated military buildings use steel or aluminum frames. Synthetic materials are used for the walls and roofs. To provide enhanced security, a combination of both metal and cloth materials are used. Plastic flooring materials can be quickly assembled and are very durable.

Prefabricated building materials used for small prefabricated buildings are steel, wood, fiberglass, plastic or aluminum materials. These materials are cheaper than regular brick and concrete buildings. Materials like steel, fiberglass, wood and aluminum are used as prefabricated building materials for sports buildings. These materials provide flexibility and are preferred for making structures and accessories like stands and seats for stadium and gyms.

For making low cost houses, prefabricated materials like straw bale, Ferro cement, Calcium silicate products, composites and other cheap wood based materials are currently being used. Calcium silicate bricks are strong and durable. Ferro cement consists of a cement matrix reinforced with a mesh of closely-spaced iron rods or wires. In this type of construction, the techniques used are simple and quick.

Using prefabricated materials one can make durable, water and fire resistant and cheap prefabricated buildings. Most of the prefabricated building materials are eco-friendly and affordable.

Prefabricated Buildings provides detailed information on prefabricated building, prefabricated metal buildings, small prefabricated buildings, prefabricated building manufacturers and more. Prefabricated Buildings is affiliated with Manufactured Home Floor Plans.

How to Write Articles - 4 Guidelines to Writing Winning Articles

Are you looking for knowledge on how to write articles? Then look no further. Together we are going to discuss the steps necessary to writing good quality articles that will presell your visitors.

How to write articles strategy #1: Brainstorm.

Every good writer brainstorms on a topic before writing to do otherwise is lazy and you'll end up writing sloppy articles that nobody will read. Sit down at a comfortable spot in your home and take about 15-30 minutes to think of topics that you think your audience would be interested in knowing more about.

How to write articles strategy #2: Research.

Next, you're going to research the topic you just brainstormed. If your writing search engine optimized articles go over to Google's keyword tool type in the keyword. Your looking to see if your keyword gets any searches. Only write articles that get at least two hundred searches or more each month.

A quick tip for writing SEO articles: Place the keyword in the article title preferably within the first three words. For example, if my keyword was "network marketing success" my headline would be "Network Marketing Success." And place the keyword at least once in each paragraph.

How to write articles strategy #3: Gather Tips.

If the topic your wanting to write about gets two hundred or more searches per month then your ready for the next strategy, which is to gather tips for the article.

Type the keyword(s) in a search engine click and read a few articles on the topic. Write down a few tips that you think your readers would enjoy reading and expand on them. Writing "How To" articles is a great way to write using this method.

Article writing strategy #4: Outline.

Now your ready to begin writing the article. Simply take the tips you gathered earlier and write a few sentences about each tip. You want to have an opening paragraph that will describe what you plan to achieve with your article, and then a few body paragraphs to elaborate the major points of discussion.

After you have written the article put it away for a day or two then come back to it and polish up the article then publish the article on your website and article directories.

At the end of the article your going to want to capitalize on the time and effort you spent writing the article. The link in your resource box should lead the traffic back to your website or a lead capture page.

The reason you want a link at the bottom of a article is because if other webmasters like your article they will take your article and publish it on their website giving you more traffic.

Jesus - God With Us

Emmanuel Is My Favorite Name For Jesus. None of the other names, as beautiful and as accurate as they are, come close to saying as much about Him as Emmanuel (God With Us). Of course, most people describe God With Us as representing His birth and earthly life as Jesus of Nazareth. This is correct, but such a limited definition it seems almost insulting. You see, He was God With Us at creation, when, through Him all things were made. He was God With Us since creation in his visits to various leaders between creation and His birth. He is God With Us since Pentecost when He poured out His Spirit on all flesh and still does so to all He calls. He is God With Us even to those who don't follow Him because in Him we live and move and have our being and all things are held together by His Word.

Essence Of Christianity: God With Us is the essence of Christianity, where He literally takes up residence within us, giving us His Spiritual guidance and power. We have a present reality called eternal life. We have the mind of Christ. We are seated with Him in Heaven. He intercedes for us. His Spirit prays for us. Because His anointing is in us, we need no one but His Spirit to teach us. All of this is the opposite of religion.

Opposing Religion: With religion, God is distant and we must sacrifice our behavior, time and money to earn our way to Him. With Christianity, we were distant and God loved us so much He sacrificed Himself to be with us. With some religions, God is under us, in that, if we do or say certain things, He must respond by blessing us in one way or another. With Christianity, God is with us, wanting us to have every good thing, answering our every prayer by granting what we ask unless He has something better in mind for us. There is no religion where you're able to participate in the Divine nature, but that is the nature of Christianity.

Spiritual Community: God with us means that our Deliverer, Redeemer, Good Shepherd is within all of us at the same time. His power makes us so close as to be one body, no matter how far apart we are. As His people, His love shines through us to reach the world and draw them. His power protects us from harm, even from death. His Spirit works through us and empowers prayer and other miraculous works that heal people, overthrow evil, feed the hungry and proclaim His everlasting love. With all that within us, how pitifully we live, barely allowing ourselves a glimpse of the true riches He's poured on us. Jesus, please forgive me for knowing this and yet not knowing, not bearing fruit in keeping with the vast promise of You who live within me. Help me to overthrow my sin nature and live in the true power and glory of You, so I can finally know what your name means...God With Us.

Remodel Instead of Selling Your Home - Home Tips

Why sell your home when you can remodel and create the home of your dreams

After living in your home for a long time, you may end up getting bored looking at the fixtures and decor of your home. The options you have for a change are to either sell the house and buy a new one, or a better option which is to remodel and create your dream home.

Buying a new home does not always prove to be a practical choice as you may have to shift the kids' school, spend more time commuting to your workplace, need more time getting accustomed to the stores and markets near you and of course, get your old home sold for the right price.

Keep your budget in mind

When remodeling your home, you will first have to keep your budget into consideration, if you have any additions or requirements to be added to your home and any particular style that you intend to implement in the house. The rooms that need most attention when remodeling are bathrooms and kitchens as these are the most used rooms, and have new accessories coming up that will make your rooms look much better than they were before.

Like if you lack a room for your kids or a guest room, consider adding this by perhaps adding an extra room to your home. You could consider transforming a basement to a game room or your garage into an apartment to give that extra space to your family.

If you like outdoor entertaining, you could consider adding a patio or deck to facilitate this. And if you are suddenly involved in becoming environmentally conscious, you could consider using environmentally friendly products in the remodeling of your home.

You get better rates by meeting neighborhood standards

Instead of just renovating and remodeling your home to your ideas and budget, with some research, you will be able to find out what changes will bring the best rate to your home in the future.

If you find out that your home is the only home that has only one bathroom, you could consider adding a bathroom to your home when remodeling. This is because if you can meet the neighborhood standard, you will be able to get a better rate for your home when selling it.

If you plan any additions to your home, make sure it is in proportion to the house. It should be an accent to the house, and not end up as a focal point. Your remodeling should always work to your benefit as it is not always that home buyers will like the house the way you have remodeled it.

Remodeling your home gets a better resale price

Remember that though you may be selling it in the future, you have to remodel it so that you are all comfortable in it till you sell it. It is not necessary to spend a fortune on remodeling; you can make quite an impact with a restricted budget.

Not only do you get a new home by remodeling your home, you also get extra years of pleasure, which may in turn increase the value of the home. This will fetch you a better price, if you intend to sell the house in the future.

Indoor Hot Tubs - Home Tips

Today, hot tubs are more popular than ever and the number of hot tub owners is steadily rising. If you are ready to join this already large group of home owners, you must decide if you would prefer an indoor hot tub or an outdoor. Hot tubs are traditionally found outside, but more and more people are choosing modern indoor versions.

Indoor hot tubs offer many conveniences that cant be found with outdoor tubs. Extra privacy is one popular convenience. Indoor hot tubs eliminate the awkwardness of using the tub in front of neighbors or passersby. This type of hot tub is located in the privacy of your home so it is only viewable to people you are already comfortable with.

Another primary reason many homeowners are now opting for indoor hot tubs rather than outside is the weather. An indoor hot tub can be used year round, regardless of the weather conditions, making an indoor tub perfect for everyday use. The usage of an outdoor hot tub is influenced by the conditions, as well as the season, resulting in a typical loss of three to four months of possible use.

If you plan to purchase an indoor hot tub, you should consider where you will install it and the people who will use it most often. To get the most relaxation from your indoor hot tub, you should place it in an area that is typically calm with little distraction. You should also consider a location that will minimize the mess of water, because an indoor hot tub makes it easier to get out of the tub and walk through the rest of the house before drying off.

Another thing to remember if you are thinking of buying an indoor hot tub is that, although they are more convenient, indoor hot tubs require more complex installations than traditional outdoor ones. Hot tubs produce extreme heat as well as high humidity so your hot tub needs to be placed in a well ventilated area of your home. Too small of a space can cause structural damage to your home, including weakened plaster and condensation that leads to mold and window damage.

A typical hot tub can weigh more than two tons when it is filled, depending on its size, so it is imperative to check the foundation of your home for sturdiness before installing your tub, especially in the room where you plan to install the hot tub. Wherever you decide to install your indoor hot tub, you should reinforce the floor in that room. A standard floor is only designed to support a quarter of the weight of a full hot tub. To allow simple maintenance of your hot tub, you should also ensure that the room you choose can be easily connected to adequate drainage.

With Money

Every time I get an email with "fw:" in the subject line, I role my eyes at the complete waste of time that reading it is going to be (I thought my friends liked me?....maybe I was wrong). So why then, would I or anyone else for that matter ever bother to read one of those annoying things let alone respond to it? Although I can't read all of them (or someone might get hurt), I always have hope; hope that occasionally, if I take a chance, one of them may contain something interesting or in some way valuable.....maybe.

Since when does "hope" come in the form of an email chain letter? Actually, it can come in any form and often, unexpectedly. When it comes to reading emails, who can afford not to be choosey with our precious time? But, on the other hand, we all need to be inspired. And making the decision to be open to inspiration is really important. Inspiration can mean the spark of an idea, or an idea for an idea-what could be more valuable? I might read a chain letter, listen to a radio show, or talk to a random stranger because of the opportunity that this moment might afford to reveal something valuable to me. The choice of where to put my attention I leave to my intuition (the unconscious) because I've made a conscious decision to stay open and I trust that guiding force-because that is all there is.

Inspiration, of course, doesn't do anyone any good if it isn't acted on. All great things start with an idea; and its fine to dream. You should indulge in it. But then you have to act on it. If you're honest with yourself you realize that if you're not actively involved in getting what you want, you don't really want it. Emile Pereire, one of the Preire brothers, prominent 19th century financiers in Paris who established railroads in France and Europe said "it is not enough to outline gigantic programs on paper. I must write my ideas on the earth." Get it? Railroad....write on the earth.......... It's not enough to say "I want to lose weight" or "I really want to get in shape" and think that it's somehow just going to happen. You may think this is obvious but trust me there are many people who, "somewhere in there," believe it will just happen. If you apply the "if you build it, they will come" theory to this, it's like hiring a trainer and then believing that just because you've written her a check, your body is going to transform. Do I wish it were that easy! I'd be really, really rich.

When you remain open and receptive, great things can and often do come your way. The world comes fully loaded with opportunities all you have to do is recognize them, like one of those drawings that has something hidden within it. But then, you've got to act on that gift of inspiration. This email chain letter arrived in my in-box with dramatic graphics and bold colors which earned it a sigh in addition to the eye-roll but in the end, it inspired me to write this little column (case in point). You may have seen it before but it bears repeating. So, whoever it was who forwarded this, thank you for sharing.

How to Make Money Without Money in 2009

This is one of the conundrums that I know many people are facing at the moment. They have been made redundant or are simply out of work. Any money coming in is nowhere near enough to live off properly. So you are facing the new year with little or no money and poor prospects of things changing. How to make money without money seems impossible. Now I am not going to sit here and tell you that I have a magic wand of an idea that will sort out all your financial worries but I can give you a few examples of how to make a start.

Use a practical skill you already have

What I mean by this is offer to do a task or job that other people are prepared to pay you for. This can be anything from gardening or window cleaning. The point is to keep it practical and simple. If you are prepared to work then you can find work just by getting out there. I know someone who had no work. They printed 6000 handbills and personally delivered them to houses in their locality. As a result of this he got calls and work valued at 3,000. All it cost was some paper and printer ink and a lot of leg work. Another person I used recently fixed a leaking roof for me. I told him that all the roofs on the estate had the same problem and needed repair. So he simply told people what he had done in fixing my roof to other people in the area and he was inundated with more of the same sort of work.

Use computer skills you already have

If you know your way around computers then you can very easily make money without money. There are 2 ways you can do this. Firstly you can offer to write content or prepare graphics or even produce websites for people. If you have some specialist knowledge or skills then you can sell them online. The other thing you can do is to go into internet marketing. There are a huge number of ways to make money online. From simple AdSense websites to specialist sales websites there is a wealth of ways to make money online. And the beauty of the internet is that most of the resources you need are freely available.

Would you like to know more about making money without money?

You can find some easy home based business opportunities by visiting http://www.homebasedbusinesschoice.com There are clear reviews of my top 3 recommendations for you to change your financial world in 2009.

No Fee Work at Home Jobs and the Easy Way to Find Them

I am always surprised that work at home websites can make good money by demanding job seekers pay up front money for no fee work at home job leads. We live in a free economy so, I understand why some sites do it. The fact of the matter is that a lot of effort is needed to go through thousands of job boards and web sites to find no fee work from home jobs.

You probably already know this but the big job sites such as Monster.com and Careerbuilder are not specialized in no fee work from home jobs. The at home jobs listed there are usually mixed in with regular jobs and the thousands of home based business opportunities which tend to require a fee.

It can take two life times just to filter through all the junk to locate just one free work at home job lead. And it will take just as much time to find the next lead. I know what you are thinking he must be a mind reader. As a result, you have found my article.

Trust me I feel your pain and have been to hell and back with that process But I do have a solution for you. When searching big non work at home specialized websites, the first thing you need to know is what keywords to use in the search box.

So let's break down the keywords to avoid. Do not type in the following keywords:

Work At Home

Work From Home

Work At Home Jobs

Work From Home Jobs

Work At Home Job

Work From Home Job

Work At Home Opportunity

Work from Home Opportunity

Work At Home Opportunities

Work From Opportunities

Do you see the pattern here? I know it does not make sense. But the problem is many of the shady people as well as legitimate home based business opportunity providers use these keywords. Obviously you want to avoid the scam artist, there isn't an explanation that needs to be provided for that. Legitimate home based business opportunities are fine but in my experience some of you prefer to be employees rather than owning a business where you could make significantly more money. I'm not knocking you, but the fact of the matter is you are more likely to earn way more money with your own home based business. But I digress. Here are the key words you want to use for your search in the major job sites:

telecommuting

telecommute

telecommuter

telework

teleworking

virtual

virtual employee

virtual company

virtual office

working virtually

remote work

remote contractor

outsourcing opportunity

freelance

freelance jobs

independent contractor

off-site

These keywords should filter through the "junk" results. You may want to search using quotation marks around the keywords to refine down the list even further.

Well that's all folks, a simple way to find no fee work at home job at the big job sites. It's a start but personally you may be better off letting other work at home websites do the dirty work for you.

Work At Home No Scams.com already compiles a list of no fee work at home jobs. Be sure to save yourself the headaches and find your work at home jobs now.

Getting Up Earlier

Remove Tree Sap From Your Paint

Removing tree sap (Gummosis as defined by Wikipedia) from your car's paint is generally a very difficult and time consuming task.
Here are some tips and tools that are very effective and safe ways to remove tree sap.

1) You need to remove the bulk of the sap from the paint without damage to your paint. The most effective and safe
method is to use a wood paint stirring stick. These are the flat wood sticks given to you free every time you buy house paint.
These work well because they are soft enough to not seriously scratch the paint yet they have nice edges that can grab the sap
and scrape it off. Be careful not to get too aggressive with your scraping if you care about the paint. With
enough force, you could do some damage to your paint.

2) Remove the remaining residue with full strength Simple Green or Goo Gone. I have purchased a number of Tar and Sap removers that are made for this
but so far, I have found full strength Simple Green or Goo Gone to do a better job and seems to be safe for your paint. Now, this does
take a fair amount of rubbing with pressure to completely remove the remains of the sticky sap. Use a soft clean rag or
cloth and apply the Simple Green to the cloth, then rub like crazy! An old sock works well.

3) Finally, apply a cleaner wax to the entire area that you worked on. In many cases, this is a number of areas on your roof
trunk and hood because you parked under a nasty tree that was raining sap onto your car. With that, you should probably
go ahead and wax the entire car... What else are you going to do on a Sunday afternoon? You may need to use a
mild rubbing compound or a cleaner wax with a mild abrasive to eliminate any minor scratches created from step 1.

Gummosis on your windows - The easy part.

Any tree sap on your windows is easily removed with a razor blade. This is the easy part because you can scrape it
all off in one pass without a worry of damaging the glass. Make sure to use a razor
blade holder so that you do not cut your finger off and really make it a bad day!

Porch Rafter Beam Damage

Getting Children Interested in Growing Vegetables

What is the best way of getting your children interested in growing vegetables?

Well in my view you need to give them their own space. Tell them this plot is yours. It does not have to be large, about 2 feet square for younger children or you could even get them started by growing crops or herbs in pots. Older children may prefer something larger. I know that a small high density bed that is only 2 foot by 2 foot doesn't sound very big, but it will be to a young child. A larger bed may just seem too big to do anything with to them, so start them small. If you have more than one child, give them their own high density bed each or just make a larger bed and divide this up into a section for each child and then divide this into mini plots for each crop. For very young children I would not make the bed more than 2 feet wide as they can reach the middle of this from each side.

What I would do is start them off with their own high density gardening raised bed built from timber that is at least 6 inches deep. This will give a soil depth which is deep enough for most easy to grow crops. You need to fill this with a soil mix and I would recommend buying this in the form of bagged peat or coir, bagged well rotted manure and maybe a bag of sterilized topsoil as well. As you have some manure in there you need to instill in your children good hygiene with hand washing after gardening and before eating. Mix your soil ingredients together and then fill the high density garden bed. If you are using 6 inch timber you will only need 2 cubic foot of soil mix. Once you have done this I would divide the bed into 4 mini plots using a brightly colored plastic string. I have gone for plastic as it does not rot and is safer for little hands than wire. Simply staple this to the timber. To increase interest, get your child involved in building the high density garden bed and even a trip to buy the soil mix and the seeds.

You are now ready to start planting. But what do you plant. It all depends on the age of your child. Younger children want to see things happen quickly and the crop be ready as soon as possible. Older children may be prepared to wait to harvest the crop. For this reason I would suggest thinking about what crops to grow. Things like radish and lettuce are best as these are fairly quick to grow. That takes care of 2 of the mini plots and in the others I would suggest something like mixed salad, land cress, rocket or possibly 1 outdoor cherry tomato plant. Older children will have a much better idea of what they like and want to eat so go along with that but remember, the crops talked about here are quick growing.

Cherry Tomato

I know tomatoes take a long time to grow but a seed should be up in a week and then there is all the fun watching it grow to about 3 to 4 foot tall, keep tying it to the stake, pinching out the side buds, watching the flowers appear, then the tiny green fruit and so on. There is a lot to watch with tomatoes. You can start the plant off in a pot in the house. Try the kitchen windowsill. Put 2 or 3 seeds in and choose the strongest seedling. There is watering to be done, so buy a child size watering can for this job and make sure you stand the pot on a drip tray or old plate. If it is warm enough outside, you can just put the seeds straight into the mini plot. Make sure this is at the side farthest away from the sun as otherwise it would shade out the other smaller plants.

Back to the high density bed, what to do now? It should be divided into 4 mini plots and each one of these will take a different crop.

Radishes

I would get your child to sow radish in one of the mini plots. Try dividing this up for them into 3 strips and sow 2 rows of radish in one of them, 2 rows in the next 2 weeks later and 2 rows in the final strip 2 weeks after than to give a timed cropping. Simply draw your finger to make 2 drills in which to drop the seed about half an inch deep. Try to get the seeds about an inch apart but this will not be easy for little fingers and cover the seeds with soil mix. It doesn't matter if there are gaps or too many seeds in some places, it is all part of gardening experience. If there are too many seedlings simply thin them out. You should be able to fill gaps in with these thinnings but they do not always transplant but there is no harm in trying. When your child is planting the final third of the bed there will be radishes nearly ready for harvesting in the first third.

Lettuce

I would start these off growing in small flats or seed trays or better still in cells as these make a nice little plug to transplant. Rather than a hearting lettuce, I would grow a loose leaf type as they grow much quicker and can be harvested earlier. They also have the benefit of keeping growing as long as you harvest a few leaves of each plant when you need them.

Once they seedlings are large enough, plant out 4 in a mini plot. Watch out for slugs and other pests but otherwise just watch them grow. Harvest the young leaves when ready.

Mixed Salad Leaves

I would get your child to scatter these on the surface of the soil mix. Tip the seeds out on to your hand or a piece of paper and get your child to pick a few up at a time, scatter these and then add some more. Gently cover the seeds and I find a simple garden seed sowing sieve is best for this. Do not cover them too thickly. You treat these the same as for loose leaf lettuce but rather than one type of lettuce you will get a mixture of different salad leaves which can all be harvested together.

Land Cress or Rocket

These may be a little strong in taste but if your child has grown them they may be far more likely to eat them. Sow them as you would for lettuce. Grow in flats or cells and plant 4 to a mini plot. They will develop to fill the mini plot over time.

By starting your child gardening at an early age you may set them off with a lifetime hobby. There is the old saying "Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime." Well it is the same with young children and gardening. Start them gardening now and they may develop a life long interest in growing their own fresh vegetables and there is nothing finer than fresh, wholesome and tasty vegetables except the ones you have grown yourself.

Why Was Jesus Born?

Why was Jesus born? The Bible provides a number of reasons. God the Father and Jesus agreed from the foundation of the world that Jesus would come and give his life as the sacrifice for the sins of mankind (I Peter 1:20, Revelation 13:8). Therefore, one reason Jesus was born was to give himself as the ransom for the sins of mankind.

Another important reason for the birth of Jesus was to be a king. When Pilate questioned him during his trial before his crucifixion, Pilate asked him if he were the king of the Jews (John 18:33). Jesus answered that his kingdom was not of this world (John 18:36). It was not the time for him to establish the Kingdom of God

Jesus did not come the first time to establish his kingdom. He came the first time to suffer for us, to give his life a ransom for many, and to be born into the royal family of David. He will sit on the throne of David and rule in the Kingdom of God.

Pilate asked Jesus clearly if he were a king. Here is how the gospel according to John records Pilate's question and Jesus' answer in John 18:37:

"Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice." (KJV)

Jesus here clearly states that he was born to be a king. Jesus came into the world to bear witness of the truth of God and to preach the good news of the coming Kingdom of God. However, he noted that his kingdom was not of that time. It was to be a future kingdom as he explained more clearly elsewhere.

One of things that the angel Gabriel stated in his announcement to the virgin Mary of the future birth of Jesus is that God would give him the throne of his father David. Here is how the gospel according to Luke records it in Luke 1:30-33.

"And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end." (KJV)

God sent the angel Gabriel to tell the virgin Mary that the son she would bear would be the son of God and that he would have an eternal kingdom over the house of Jacob. Jacob was the patriarch whose named God changed to Israel (Genesis 35:10).

Many people associate only the Jews with the House of Israel. However, Jacob or Israel had 12 sons who became the 12 tribes of Israel (Genesis 35:22-26). They were Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, Benjamin, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.

David was a great king over the 12 tribes of Israel. His son Solomon reigned after he died (I Kings 2:10-12). After the death of Solomon, the Kingdom of Israel was divided into two kingdoms. King Rehoboam ruled the Kingdom of Judah, which had its capital in Jerusalem. King Jeroboam ruled the Kingdom of Israel, which had its capital north of Jerusalem in Samaria.

The virgin Mary was a descendant of King David (Luke 3:23-31). She was of the royal family. Today, she would be called a princess. She knew well what the angel Gabriel meant when he said that her son Jesus would reign over the House of Israel. She knew that he would be a king over a literal kingdom just as her forefather David was a king over the House of Israel.

While David's rule was temporary, the reign of Jesus will be forever. As the Hallelujah Chorus of Handel's famous oratorio The Messiah says "king of kings forever and ever hallelujah."

Why was Jesus born? He was born to be bear witness of the truth of God and to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God. He was born to be the savior of the world. He was also born to be a king. He will be the King of Kings in the Kingdom of God. Jesus will reign as the King of Kings forever in the Kingdom of God. That is indeed good news.

Get $100 Per SEO Article - How to Become a Highly Paid SEO Writer

SEO copywriting is an exploding niche. There are SEO writers routinely bill $25 to $100 per SEO article, or more. So then, why are there so many freelance writers who still struggle and take on $3 per article article writing gigs? Because they lack the following:

3 Keys to Becoming a $100 Per Article SEO Writer

1. Marketing Skills: Many SEO copywriters go to job boards that list poor-paying SEO article writing gigs because they don't know how to market. Going to job boards is easy. After all, it's where many of the jobs are. But, the lucrative SEO article writing gigs can't be found on job boards -- you have to ferret them out for yourself. This means learning how to marketing effectively.

2. Confidence: Many writers lack confidence in their skills. Thus, they find it hard to negotiate with clients. When you know that you're good at what you do -- and especially in a high-tech niche like SEO -- you negotiate from a position of power. This means you command higher rates -- because you know you're worth it.

3. Negotiating Skills: Speaking of negotiating skills, keep the following in mind: clients pay not for the 400-600 word SEO articles you write for them, but for what those SEO articles do for their bottom line.

They may be selling a product or service that is worth thousands -- and using your SEO copywriting skill to do it. Many who hire SEO writers either don't have the time or skill to do their own writing. This means they need you as much as you need them. They're not hiring you, they're partnering with you. Always tune into this info when you're negotiating rates.

Haven't a clue as to what SEO article writing is? Read on.

What Is SEO Article Writing?

Basically writing articles with specific phrases that clients give you. FYI, SEO stands for search engine optimization. For example, if you owned a website that sold carpet, you would want a lot of articles with phrases like "carpet cleaning"; "carpet stains"; "carpet stores"; etc. on your site.

So, the client will email me and say, "May I have 3 articles with the keyword phrases (that's what these phrases are called) "carpet cleaning"; "carpet stains"; and "carpet stores". Make each article 400-500 words each, please.

You would write then write the articles on anything you want around these keyword phrases, ensuring that you repeat the keyword phrase at least 7-10 times. This helps drive traffic to the webmaster's site (it's called keyword density).

That's SEO article writing in a nutshell. And, there are millions of websites that need this type of writing. The amazing thing for those who know how to write this kind of copy (SEO writers/copywriters) is that there is very little competition because the field is so new.

Becoming a $100 per article SEO writer is not hard, if you learn how to market, have confidence in your skills and learn do some research on SEO (it's not rocket science, I promise!).

My Appreciation of the Classic Tao De Jing, by Stephen Mitchell

The Tao De Jing was known as Lao Tzu's "The Way". According to tradition it was written around the 6th century BC by the sage Lao Tzu, or Old Master who was purported to be a record keeper in the Zhou Dynasty court.

On my bathroom floor in front of the toilet lays a pocket edition translation of Stephen Mitchell's Tao Te Jing. I picked it up so often the pages fell from the binding, and then I bought a new one. It is one of the most inspirational books in my possession and a constant reminder to relax and enjoy life.

There are 81 stanzas in the book followed by a brief analysis of each by Mitchell. I have no idea how many times I have reviewed this small book, but it must be hundreds of times. It is a true classic and never gets old. Each time I review a stanza more insight comes into view.

It is a short book, the original only 5000 words long. Rather that prose it speaks in stanzas that reveal the masters actions in situations that occur in life. It puts me in a place where I believe I can be a master, at least the master of my destiny. This verse is an example:

"I have just three things to teach:
simplicity, patience, compassion.
These are your greatest treasures.
Simple in actions and thoughts,
you return to your source of being.
Patient with both friends and enemies,
you accord with the way things are.
Compassionate toward yourself,
you reconcile all beings in the world."

For me, reflecting in the Tao is an experience that I would recommend to anyone interested in following ancient Chinese wisdom. Stephen's translation is beautiful, lucid, easily understood, and fits our times as well as those thousands of years ago.

Can You Tell the Difference Between Evil Profits and Good Profits?

I was reading through an article the other day about the Wiccan religion and they were very upset about a comment that the Christian website owner had made. I would like you to read the response from the Christians first.

"I was watching a police show on television some time ago, and saw a sting operation in which undercover police officers bought drugs from dealers on the street. Invariably, some of the dealers would ask, "You a cop?" The officer would say "no," and the deal was made. Satan often goes undercover. The Bible tells us that he can even masquerade as an angel of light. Just because a certain religion professes no belief in Satan, does not mean its adherents are not falling for his lies. It just means that they're unaware that they are. You said God would be disgusted by our judgmentalism. God has told us in His Word (The Bible) to watch for false prophets and false apostles. God has told us to contend for the faith. He has told us to evangelize. In other words, God has told us to do just what we are doing."

Here's something I would like you to think about if you consider yourself a Christian, read this very carefully.

"God has told us in his Word the Bible to watch for false prophets and false apostles." I would like you to read this statement a couple of times and see if you agree with it. How can you possibly tell who the false prophets are? Do you think that because you are a Christian and believe in Jesus or God, that you will know the difference between a evil profit and a godly one?

I often write articles and have written quite a few of them about religion and Christianity. Seems to be the one that I know the most about, so it gets the most attention from me. If I was to make a statement like the Bible has contradictions in it, would you consider me an evil profit. Someone working for the Devil. I don't think so, because it doesn't make sense, how could you turn a truth full statement into evil prophesies.

If I was to introduce you to a hundred people, could you tell me by looking at them or talking to them, which ones are evil and which ones are good. Most Christians would probably respond to that with, God knows and that's good enough for me. Everyone else who talks bad about Christianity will be considered evil or searching for the truth. They just haven't found Jesus yet, is that right, is that what you believe.

I found this response to the Wiccan believer to be one that I run into often. It seems unfair to others who aren't Christians and one-sided. Most organized religions have answers for everything, the problem is that some of the times these answers don't make any sense at all. If you're going to follow this part of the Bible word for word, shouldn't you follow all of the Bible word for word.

Leviticus 14:9 On the seventh day he must shave off all his hair; he must shave his head, his beard, his eyebrows and the rest of his hair. He must wash his clothes and bathe himself with water, and he will be clean.

Leviticus 19:27 " 'Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard.

This will make Christians easier to spot, a bald head with long beards.

How to Paint Kitchen Cabinets and Save Money

If your kitchen is in need of a facelift, but so is your bank account...then why not try something else? Why not paint your cabinets?

If your cabinets are solid enough, and not falling off the wall, then they can be painted. There are so many new and improved products on the market to make this a more enjoyable task. At one time you would have had to sand them right down, and that alone is a huge mess. But not anymore, you can get "de-shiners", or primers that can go over any surface to make them ready for paint, you don't have to use strippers any more!

You need to allow yourself some time, such as a weekend. Try taking the cabinets and hardware off during the week, and then reserve the weekend for painting. The best results in painting are obtained, if you put your top color on as soon as the primer is dry, you can't be waiting days for this, or a dust layer will form, and you will not get a good finish, so allow yourself the time to get all the painting done.

But no matter what you choose to do, the most important part of this whole procedure is to clean the cabinets first. Using a mild cleaner, and then rinsing and making sure they are dry. Its probably best if you take the cabinet doors off the bases, and remove the hardware. If you are not going to replace the hardware, make sure you label it when you take it off.

But this would also be a great time to replace the hardware, you will be amazed the difference it can make to a kitchen with new knobs and hinges and draw pulls. That alone can make a huge improvement.

There are many great pieces of hardware for your cabinets, in stores and online, and you can get some pretty unique ones. Depending of the style or look you are going for in your kitchen. You can also do some rubber stamping on your cabinet doors after, just to add some interest. You can get a great assortment of rubber stamps online, or stencils.

Painted cabinets, and new hardware, can freshen up a kitchen, and will last a long time, you may never get around to that renovation after all!...

Ideas For Landscaping a Hill

There are many ideas for landscaping a hill and many considerations that will need your attention before you start. With some prior planning, the finished result can be stunning. Without some prior planning, you could end up with a lot of hard work which results in an impractical area that is difficult to maintain.

The steepness of the hill will be a factor to take into account when deciding what the area is going to be used for. If the area is very steep, then it may be an idea to add some terracing. This will make it much more manageable and will also reduce the chances of landslides. A series of terraces will provide flat land so that some areas can be used for seating. These can be accessed by steps and the whole space can be made to look as formal or natural as desired. If your finances will allow, there are many options available when it comes to terracing ideas for landscaping a hill side garden. Paved areas can be linked by stepped or ramped pathways and it can include some flat flower gardens. If funds are limited, it is possible to take a more rustic approach and leave some of the land natural with just a couple of terraced areas which can be cultivated or used for seating.

If your hill side garden is currently heavily planted with trees, you should be careful if you decide to remove them all. You may find that their roots are a contributing factor to the stability of the slope and their removal may cause much of the soil to make its way to the bottom of the hill. Any of your ideas for landscaping a hill must take this into account and, if you are not going to terrace the area, then it may be wise to keep some of the secure and established root systems in tact. If you do not already have some trees on the hill then it may be wise to consider planting some. Trees planted on a hillside can look stunning as you stand at the top and look over them. If the slope is steep it can give you a real feeling of being amongst the tree tops.

A sloping garden has tremendous potential for anyone with an imagination and good eye. It can be made to look very natural, with areas of wild flowers and possibly even a substantial water feature. It is possible to include a long stream tumbling down the hillside amongst rocks and thoughtfully planted wild flowers. This would obviously depend on the availability of an electricity supply as a good quality pump would need to be included. Such a water feature would have to be one of the first parts of the construction of the garden with other aspects built around it. You would have to carefully plan all of your ideas for landscaping a hill garden prior to undertaking such a large project. The end result, however, could be stunning.

Other considerations are going to have to include the drainage of the area. It goes without saying that top of the hill is going to drain to the bottom so there is no point in putting thirsty plants at the top and cacti at the bottom. The best plan of action is to gather all your ideas for landscaping a hill area together and decide what you want to use the area for. You must decide whether your finished project is going to be formal or rustic, whether you want to include a water feature or if you want to incorporate some terracing.

Imagine a World without Hell

Imagine There's No Heaven, It's Easy If You Try, No Hell below Us, above Us Only Sky, Imagine All the People Living for Today. Imagine There's No Countries, It Isn't Hard to Do, Nothing to Kill or Die for, and No Religion Too. Imagine All the People Living Life in Peace. Think about It.

It's hard to imagine, with the information today and even 50 years ago that most people still believe in religions all over the world, just because they were raised to believe in them. Religions of the future will have to adapt to change, a little faster as more people read articles like mine to promote education within your religion.

Studying Other Religions - Religious Education

I started out as a Christian and lived the first 17 years of my life as one. When I started doing a little research on Christianity, this soon led me to other religions. I started to research other religions, I soon found myself having problems with the religion of my birth, Christianity. I believe that Jesus was special and for some reason, thought that he was an only child. While reading one book, I found out he had 11 brothers and sisters. I don't know if this is true but this is what the book reported.

The stuff I had been taught in Sunday school and going to, what I would like to call adult church. Listening to the sermons and of course never reading the Bible, because my main concerns at the time were playing with my friends, sports and as I entered my teens, became extremely interested in cars. I didn't have time or a desire to verify anything that I had heard about Christianity.

I read one book and that led to others and pretty soon I was confused and chose not to be a Christian anymore, because I couldn't verify if this was a religion made by God or man. Everything I was learning pointed towards man and control and money and power. The more I learned, the more forgiveness I could have towards others who belonged to other religions throughout the world.

We all want the same thing, love, compassion and understanding. Buddhism seems to represent this the most to me and I started to study it a little more diligently. I kind of became fascinated with the Dali Lama and the country of Tibet. We tend to get caught up in stuff that sounds good and makes us feel good but often can't see the problems. This happens in our daily life with work, family and fun.

I never really fell out of favor with Buddhism but soon learned enough to save this religion wasn't exactly for me either. I like some of the principles, especially the principle of compassion which tends to drive this way of life forward.

I have studied quite a few religions and still have plenty of more to educate myself on. I understand that most people don't have the time or interest to pursue this path. That's fine, but at the same time don't make fun of these religions, if you don't know anything about them and don't tell others that your religion is right if it isn't.

If you want to read something funny and get your daily laugh in, you need to read this, it's funny Using Religion Responsibility . It's based on overindulgence.

Solutions For Dealing With Know it Alls - Don't Let Anyone Push You Around Anymore

Over the years of dealing with people, at work or wherever I was, I have found some of these close minded people to be extremely hard headed and this often creates problems with anyone who doesn't agree with them. You probably know someone like this and they are often hard to relate to.

Some of these close minded people will offer their opinion on any subject at any time, whether you ask for it or not. I once had a man tell me something about my business that was wrong. I suggested that he contacted a government office to get the correct information, if he was even interested. He continued to tell me, that I didn't know what I was talking about and I should contact a government agency to verify his information. I believe he just wanted to argue.

This never has made any sense, if you have some facts and can show them the information and it actually makes sense, wouldn't this be a step in the right direction.

I've tried to figure out where these people were coming from and why they wouldn't take the time to gather factual information or at the least listen to what you had to say, sensibly, usually you have already listened to their opinion and when it's your turn to speak, they have no interest in what you have the say.

These people seem to live in a life of turmoil and confusion, while constantly trying to impress others of their intelligence and this often leads others to an impression of ignorance, not knowledge. While they are explaining to you something in your business or a subject in which you are what others would consider an expert in your field, they will spend hours trying to convince you that they are right and you don't know what you're talking about. Even though you have facts to back up your comments.

These people often create problems in your life and should be avoided if possible. I suggest you have fun with them and lead them to believe, what they truly desire in life and give them the illusion that you personally believes they are the smartest people in the universe.

I have done this more than once, to these hard headed geniuses and had a lot of fun with it. Most of them will talk about subjects they have no information about. Look something up in an encyclopedia or on the internet that you think most people wouldn't know anything about. Ornithology would be a good to have fun with.

Not to change the subject, but there's a great story called the cookie thief story, it's one of my favorites and really puts close minded people into perspective.

Don't let these people control or ruined your lives, either have fun with them or explain to them that your tired of listening to their superior closed minded and hardheaded ignorance of useless information.

Goals to Live by and Guild Your Life - Self Help Tips

The start of the new year is a traditional time to reflect on the accomplishments of the previous year and establish goals for the future. Our family started setting goals when our children were still in grade school. We sat at the kitchen table, each with a blank page of paper before us. We encouraged them to be creative and dream big. The variety of my families goals surprised me. Some of their goals were loftier than others. They included:

- Skydive

- Finish college

- Invent something

- Travel to all 50 U.S. states

- Be in the Guinness Book of World Records

My husband and I also set big goals for ourselves. After each session, I typed up our goals. I printed each of our goals separately and mounted them in picture frames posted outside our bedrooms where we would see them every day. Several times a year we take them down and review our progress. We note the completed goals, make modifications or add new goals. New pages are printed and inserted as the top sheet in the frame. We have been doing this for 15 years now. During the review process, we look back on previous year goals are tucked behind the glass. When we reflect on our progress, I'm delighted to see how many of these big goals we have accomplished. Wally Amos is one of the most inspiring and goal focused people I know. I had the chance to visit with him recently at his cookie Chip and Cookie store in Waikiki. Wally says there are no big goals. According to Wally, some goals just take longer to achieve than other goals. If you get an opportunity to visit Oahu, Hawaii, stop by to say hello to Wally and sample the cookies at his "Chip and Cookie" stores. Where do you what to be next year? Start off 2009 by setting goals for yourself.

Self Help Technique to Developing a Stronger Vocabulary

But how can one go about increasing their vocabulary, isn't that an awful lot of work and rote memorization you ask? Well, yes it is some work and yes, you will have to memorize many new words to insure that your new vocabulary is proficient and yet if you will apply a tactical program to combat this problem and a long-term approach, you will find yourself well on your way.

The best way I have found to increase my vocabulary is to take one page in the dictionary each day and read those words 10 times throughout the day, and make sure you use each word twice in a sentence or an email throughout the day. You will have to get rather creative to do this, but that makes it fun. I recommend you get a small dictionary with no more than 365 pages.

Believe me there will be plenty of new words you can add even in a small dictionary. The words that are hardest to use in a sentence are the words that are least likely used and thus, you will actually remember them much easier. Please think on this self-help technique and strategy to assist you in developing a stronger vocabulary and please start today!

Oh and if someone asks you why you are carrying around a dictionary all the time, tell them, they may also need to increase their vocabulary and will surely thank you later, they always do.

Realtors Lie to Consumers

It is shocking yet it happens every day. Realtors Lie to Consumers and Fail to Disclose and No One Holds them Accountable for their actions. No one can make a Realtor liable for their Lies. The Realtors are protected on so many levels.

Real Estate Consumers are hurt everyday at the Lies that Realtors tell them. Yes it is a cruel world and people lie sometimes, the thing is with members of the National Association of Realtors they Lie, They fail to Disclose and they are not held accountable by the So called "Higher Standard" umbrella of NAR that they work under.

No one hears the cries of the real estate consumer, sleepless night after sleepless night as they wonder if tomorrow will be a better day. If tomorrow they will find a way to get the Realtor to pay for the lies they told, or for what they did not disclose that has made it so that the real estate bought is un-sellable, dangerous to live in, worth less, or causing major damage to the structure.

Even if you have proof the Realtors lied, you have to fight for the Rights that Should be Basic in a Real Estate transaction. Having a Realtor in the Real Estate transaction actually provides more legal protection for the buyer to be cheated, lied to, mislead, and Not disclosed to. Without the Realtor, the buyer could sue the seller, and with proof maybe win - maybe not but it would be a more cut and dried situation.

If a Real Estate Agent is not a "Realtor", a member of the National Association of Realtors or a Non-Franchise Real Estate Broker, then this too is better for the real estate consumer, because they will dig harder to make sure that what they are telling is actually true.

Why? They have more liability, non-Realtors do not have that Super Power of the National Association of Realtors, those who lobby for them, and the Giant Insurance Companies behind them.

The Top E and O insurances want, demand that you be a Realtor Member or they will not insure you. Why is this ? Well because "Realtor" members are of a Higher Standard. Not True, but hey it's their motto so

The Realtor and the Previous Seller can act like "they did not know". Even if they did it is hearsay right? However you, now know and it is right out there for all to see because you are seeking justice.

I have had Realtors, ask me if my client fixed a problem under the floor in the kitchen on a property that I had listed for sale. You see Their Client or Friend wants to know BEFORE they buy, what a novel concept right?

Well it just so happens that only 6 months prior to this "Foot in Mouth" call, my Client had bought this property with One of My "Realtors" as their buyers agent, and they did not disclose this "problem" to my client. Yes they found it, they fixed it, it was an issue of well I can't sue the Realtor, I will lose and it will cost more to right so the owner fixed it. To find out later that the Realtor knew and admitted they knew was shocking.

He did so Boldly because, as a Century 21 Agent, he knew that there really was not way to touch him. Many times, this same agent had been "protected" by the Local Association of Realtors. He was and is a Broker Owner, A Realtor, and the local association gives him protection and special treatment. This is not unique to the area I am talking about. I have seen this in several state and several Realtor Associations.

C21, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's and ERA have even more protection because they are all owned by the same Corporation, and in this they have attorneys, insurance and mega-protection which means to you the real estate consumer, You Lose. Oh I know you were lied to and misled, I know that your Realtor failed to disclose, but you see we will keep you in court longer then your pocketbook, your life, your kids life, and your marriage can possibly stand.

The National Association of Realtors lobbies to make sure they have more rights then you. No one lobbies effectively for Consumers Rights in Real Estate because who has more money then the National Association of Realtors? And is willing to spend it fighting for the rights of the Real Estate Consumer in the Real World of Real Estate.

So, with this, the laws lean more and more every month - day - week to make it easier for the Realtor to lie, Mandatory E and O insurance is one of these horrible acts on the Real Estate Consumer. Making, the Real Estate Agent, by Law Protect themselves from the Real Estate Consumer.

Several times I have seen a Realtor put in writing that a buyer will have Lake Access, that the Seller currently has lake access and the buyer will have it once they buy.

The Realtor deliberately lies or just goes with what the seller says without proving it and in the end the buyer is left to fight for years to get justice or to get the lake access that they were told would "come with" the Sale. There is no consumer protection in real estate.

Whether Realtors lie deliberately or without really knowing the facts, either way they have No Liability. They can simply say they did not know and the laws protect them. They should have known, especially before they used "Lake Access" in their Marketing. But the Realtor knows they have No Real Liability and a whole lot of loopholes to get out of any financial Accountability so they don't go ahead and Prove what the seller says, and provide no real proof to the

One Incident, I listed a 20 acre parcel, the Seller said that they had lake access, I believed them, however, I wanted proof in my file so I asked the Seller for the easement or documents that proved they had lake access. You won't believe the documentation that they had, they had a buy sell agreement, whereby the Seller and the Realtor wrote in that their was lake access. The buyer thought that if it was on the buy sell then it was true, they really had Lake Access. It does not matter what the Buy Sell says, yes it is a legal binding contract, but after you sign the closing papers, ( and the title company will Not prove anything on the buy sell), anyway after you sign then it is what it is. You have to make all parties prove what they promised or offered you in the Buy Sell before you sign the closing papers. The buyer thinks that the real estate buy sell is a binding contract.

It is in the sense that if the buyer and seller signs and one tries to back out you can take a few years out of your life and Sue for "Specific Performance" to hold the buyer or the seller to the contract, should they want out for any reason. However, the buy sell is not legally binding automatically, in any way, you have to fight for your right to actually have what the buy sell agreement promised that you should or could have.

In this Situation the Seller, who use to be the buyer, also had the original ads that the Realtor put out claiming that their was lake access. Turned Out they had no lake access and would never get it because the lake was fed by an irrigation ditch and had a turbine in it, they did not want anyone on it.

The Realtor, the Seller can promise the moon, they can be lying or really believe what they are saying, either way You Need to Prove it Before You Sign.

Peoples Lives are Ruined by Realtors that Are Not held Accountable for the lies that they knowingly or unknowingly tell.

The Insurance that Realtors have will Beat the Real Estate Consumer pretty much every time, even in the biggest most proven cases of fraud.

Realtors are Bound by Law they have to "Investigate" complaints, they have to listen to the real estate consumer and do the right thing.

This is Bull on every level. The Director at the Association of Realtors encourages (makes, misleads, denies) the "Realtor" members to not file a complaint, she Flat Out Denies them Due Process. She also does this when the Real Estate Consumer calls her for help. She suggests a real estate attorney and so begins the Diary of A Lawsuit. Years of your life, no help what so ever from the Realtor or the Realtor Association that got you into the mess in the first place. They go on to other "Victims" I mean real estate consumers, they continue sleeping well at night and making money. While the Consumer begins the lawsuit to fight for what the Realtor told them they had, or for the non-disclosure of a Realtor.

The Local Association of Realtors turns a Blind eye to the distress of the consumer, this includes a Realtor Member who becomes a Real Estate Consumer. Turning on their own, picking the Realtor with the Biggest Franchise Behind them.

This is the Cold Hard Fact of the Real World of the Real Estate Industry.

What do I hope to gain from all this blathering? Well not Justice that's for sure. I hope to Stop you from go through what others have gone through. I hope to Stop you from what, I myself have seen and gone through personally.

I could just walk away, quite being a real estate broker, get a new carreer and move on quietly. But that is not my, I am Very good at real estate, however, I cannot stomach the total disregard for the Rights of the Real Estate Consumer before, during and after the real estate transaction. I cannot stomach the commercials, billboards and websites that claim that Realtors are of a Higher Standard and that they are the Voice of Real Estate. The National Association of Realtors need to be stripped of their trademark on "NAR is the Voice for Real Estate". This is propaganda, this is a slogan, a way to pull in the unsuspecting prey, this could be new "Realtors" or the "Real Estate Consumer". Come on over to NAR, we got your back, we are "...the Voice for Real Estate", we constantly lobby against the consumer and there is nothing they can do about it. Join the National Association of Realtors and you to can be of a "Higher Standard".

Ok, Lawsuit Time, Get Out Your Checkbook. Time to Pay the Real Estate Attorney, The Forensics Engineer, the Structural Engineer, the Mechanical Engineer, the CAD designer, the Architect, the Roofing Inspector and lots more "specialists",

Why are Realtors able to just say whatever to make the Sale and not have to prove it? This is somthing that several Realtor Associations I have seen allows, condones, and even encourages, the Top agents get away with ruining your life, it is just the way it is.

Another 5 Mistakes To Avoid When Buying Your Next Home

  • 1. Neglecting your future plans. For how long are you planning to live in this house? Very possibly not forever, so you'll want the property to appeal to potential buyers. Buying a home with good resale value might take longer and more effort is required, but in the end the state of your bank account will make it all worth. A low price isn't a "good deal" if the house won't appeal to future buyers.

  • 2. Treating real estate as if it was stock market in terms of risk management. Real estate is one of the few things in the world in which risk is directly proportional to your knowledge - the more you know, the greater the change you will end up with a good property that will sell. Take your time and learn.

  • 3. Not using a buyers agent. Using an experienced real estate agent to help you with your needs is a smart move. A real Buyers agent can help you with the contract, deal with the piles of paperwork, give you advice on where to look at and schedule all the needed inspections.
  • 4. Not having the house inspected by a professional. Have your realtor arrange a home inspection with a certified house inspection service of your choice. The costs will be approximately $250.00 to $400.00 plus GST depending on the size of the property. This could be your best money ever spent!

  • 5. Not having written agreements. It's extremely risky to depend on verbal agreements. They cannot be enforced and you have no guarantees - you and the person you're working with don't have the same memory and there can be major differences in interpretations of what was agreed to. Avoid this at all costs.

Selling Your Home in a Buyer's Market - 3 Tips That Will Set You Up to Sell Your Home

Trying to sell you own home in today's economy is much more lucrative than using a realtor. Many people will decide to use a realtor just because they get the exposure for their house that others selling with out won't get. The truth is if you are willing to do a little leg work, you can get the same results and keep the commission you would have paid the realtor in your pocket.

The first thing you want to do is find out what other houses similar to yours are selling for. The last thing you want to do is price yourself out of the market. If you have a few houses that are in your neighborhood that are for sale, price yourself in the middle. This is a buyers market, so the more competitive you make your price the better chance you will have for a sale.

Make sure your house is spotless! If you have paint chipping or pealing you will want to touch it up. Because there are so many houses for sale right now, buyers are looking for a home they won' t have to do anything to. The more up to date your house is on the cosmetics the better chance you have for selling.

Make sure you have a sign in your yard letting people know it is for sale. Always put a phone number on the sign that someone will be able to answer at anytime. The last thing you want to do is lose a potential buyer because no one answered the phone.

Finally, always be confident when showing your home. People will pick up very quickly on the vibe that you are desperate to sell. If they sense this be prepared to get a lot of really low offers.

Give off the impression that you are in no hurry to sell. Be proud of your home and let the buyers sense that your home would be a great place to live.

These are just a few tips to help you sell your home. There are more detailed explanations and actual step by step plans that you can follow that guarantee you will sell your house.

Get Rid of Your Realtor and You Will Pocket a Lot More Money

It has been proven to homeowners that if you can sell your own home, you will not lose as much money as if you let a real estate agent sell it for you. Realtots will add money to the price of the house just so they can earn more money or commission. The main things that homeowners like when using a real estate agent is the agent has MLS access, will do all the paperwork, and help with the pricing information. While this may be easier on the homeowner, it is not to their advantage.

At first, the real estate agent will take a standard commission to the bottom of the selling price of the house. After the commission, they will also charge for promotional services, negotiating the price assistance, and screening of the buyers. Before it is all said and done, the real estate agent will end up with large percentage of the selling price when all of this is added in.

Most real estate agents will try to persuade the seller to take the first offer. Studies have shown that most agents will move toward the actions that help with their own financial interest than the sellers. Most of the time the real estate agent is going to hike the price of your house so they will get more money.

Believe me when I say that the real estate agent is not your friend and does not have your best interest at heart. They are there for themselves and do everything they can to make more money. They will not tell the seller about all the things they will take from the price of the house for things that they did to sell it.

There are proven steps you can take that will allow you to sell your own home. Remember that nobody knows your home like you do.

US Foreclosures - A Ray of Hope

In the recent past, foreclosure had become a usual phenomenon after economic meltdown took its toll over US in an adverse way. The worst part was that many people were losing their homes at the time when they were already running out of funds due to getting pink slips from company. This all created a menace in lives of people.

US foreclosure homes are those homes that have been seized from the owners when they fail to make reimbursements of loans taken from the banks and financial institutions. Thereafter banks resell them to new investors so as to compensate the lost amount of maintenance costs.

The most prominent one is to never exceed bidding price more than the actual cost. This is a golden rule and will help you in making all the deals in the most profitable way.
    • The next one is discussed about checking out the taxes and liens attached with they foreclosed properties. This point highlights the complexities that are tangled with foreclosed properties that create problem at the time of transfer of property rights.
