Your opening needs to be strong and it needs to get to the point quickly. Readers will lose interest in what you're saying in the first few seconds if you don't go straight to the point of your article. Okay, you have teased them long enough. Now it is time to give your readers the meat of the article. Tell them what they're here to read and give it to them good. Summary
Now it is time to wrap things up in a neat little package and remind your dear readers what they've just read. Don't retell the whole story, just hit the overall bullets to drive the ideas home one final time before you send them on their way. By presenting information to your readers in this condensed way you are subconsciously showing respect for their time while giving them what they want in a format that is easy for their brain to digest with a minimal amount of direct focus.
